The VLB-EC sampling valve, specially designed for vertical lines, offers a practical and safe solution for taking representative samples of temperature-sensitive chemicals, without disrupting ongoing manufacturing processes. Thanks to its integrated heating jacket, the VLB-EC valve ensures sampling at a constant temperature, prevents solidification of the sampled liquids and maintains their viscosity. It also preserves the integrity of the production line. Originally manufactured in stainless steel, the valve is also available in Hastelloy. Its unique quick connection system allows a variety of bottles and accessories to be used without having to change the sampling system, simplifying management and reducing costs. The VLB-EC sampling system, known as PRISEMASSON®, is based on a modular concept, enabling it to be adapted to different requirements and needs, whether in terms of materials, sealing or actuators.

Each VLB-EC Inline sampling valve can be configured according to production specifications and sampling parameters.

In its standard version, the VLB-EC sampling valves is made from stainless steel. It is also available in Hastelloy®

The venting hole fitted to each VLB-EC sampling valve prevents overpressure and explosions.
It can be connected in different ways

The vent hole in our sampling systems prevents overpressure in the container and allows for the recovery of toxic gases.
