The LLB-EC sampling valve, specifically designed for vertical installations, offers a practical and safe solution for representative sampling of temperature-sensitive chemicals, without disrupting ongoing manufacturing processes. Equipped with an integrated heating jacket, the LLB-EC valve guarantees sampling at a constant temperature, prevents solidification of the sampled liquids and maintains their viscosity, thus preserving the integrity of the production line. Initially designed in stainless steel, this sampling system is also available in Hastelloy. Its ingenious quick connection system means you can use different bottles and accessories without having to change the sampling system, simplifying management and reducing operating costs. The LLB-EC sampling system, better known as PRISEMASSON®, is based on a modular concept, making it highly adaptable to different requirements and needs, whether in terms of materials, sealing or actuators.
