The PFA-lined PLI sampling valve for horizontal or vertical lines enables representative sampling to be carried out easily and safely without interrupting manufacturing processes. Suitable for highly corrosive chemicals, its one-piece design reduces dead zones and ensures a perfect sealing. Initially manufactured in stainless steel with a pure PFA coating, it is also available in antistatic PFA to meet specific requirements. Its unique quick connection system makes it possible to use different bottles and accessories without changing the sampling system. It facilitates management while limiting costs. Based on a modular concept (spindles, actuators), the PLI sampling system, also known as PRISEMASSON®, can be adapted to meet a wide range of needs and requirements. This sampling system offers significant advantages in terms of performance and cost.

In its standard version, the PLI sampling valves are made from Inox 316L and stainless steel. The lining is done in PFA or PFA antistatic.

The venting hole fitted to each PLI sampling valve prevents overpressure and explosions.
