TECHNICAL SALES ADVISOR M/F (80-100%)
TASKS
Supporting the area manager, your activities will include :
- Technical support for our international sales partners
- Customer advice by telephone or email
- Preparing files and formatting customer bids
- Follow-up of files and sales opportunities
- Order processing
- Complaints management
- Administrative tasks related to sales
- Visit customers and/or partners for approximately 10% of your time
This function and these tasks are evolutive
YOUR PROFILE
- Business education background
- Technical or industry-specific knowledge with CFC in a technical field (or equivalent training)
- Experience or additional training in internal sales (desirable)
- Proficiency in Office suite
- Good knowledge of German (C2) and English (B2/C1)
- Autonomous with good teamwork skills
