TECHNICAL SALES ADVISOR - INSIDE SALES (80-100%)

TASKS

Working in support of the commercial departement you will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Advising customers by phone or email
  • Preparing files and formatting customer quotations
  • Follow-up on open requests and sales opportunities
  • Processing customer orders
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Performing various administrative tasks related to sales

YOUR PROFILE
  • Commercial education – Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) - commercial apprenticeship / diplomor equivalent
  • Strong interest in technology or specific industry-related knowledge
  • Experience or additional training in inside sales (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good knowledge of German and English (minimum B2 level)
  • Autonomous and a strong team player
