Available in stainless steel or Hastelloy, the Optiflow enables safe, simple sampling from the top of the reactor. Its unique magneto-pneumatic drive ensures a continuous flow of product for 100% reliable sampling. It can be attached to a tube to sample chemicals under conditions of viscosity up to 2000 cP, pressures from -1 to 16 bar and temperatures from -40 °C to +200 °C (standard version) or -80 °C to +200 °C (with low temperature design). It is fitted with a modular PRISEMASSON valve, making it compatible with most BIAR accessories. The sight glass on the sampling valve shows how the sample is being taken. It is cleaned from the top of the piston. ATEX certified, it operates at the touch of a button, making it extremely safe and intuitive to use.
