TECHNICAL SALES ADVISOR - INSIDE SALES (80-100%)
TASKS
Working in support of the commercial departement you will be responsible for the following activities:
- Advising customers by phone or email
- Preparing files and formatting customer quotations
- Follow-up on open requests and sales opportunities
- Processing customer orders
- Handling customer complaints
- Performing various administrative tasks related to sales

YOUR PROFILE
- Commercial education – Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) - commercial apprenticeship / diplomor equivalent
- Strong interest in technology or specific industry-related knowledge
- Experience or additional training in inside sales (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good knowledge of German and English (minimum B2 level)
- Autonomous and a strong team player
